‘Blended learning’ is the key word here. Learning is much more effective if you connect to the omni-channel information intake of the 21st-century learner. Web searching, the use of AI, social media, chatting and completing assignments in an online learning environment… but interacting with a real life teacher still has a lot of added value.

It is ‘terra incognita’ for everyone and developments are happening at breakneck speed, but AI has huge implications for education and communication. It is therefore crucial to stay up to date.
