Dutch business attracts many well-educated knowledge workers from abroad and at many companies Dutch is (at least partly) the language of communication. In addition, these knowledge workers are also building a life in the Netherlands, and speaking Dutch is an indispensable prerequisite to be successful.
I teach professionals from all over the world to be able to communicate in Dutch at a high level. Often with a specific professional field as background and we use material and cases from the participant’s own practice. This way, the course programmes are 100% customised and the lessons can be applied immediately in the workplace. The courses are often intensive, with ample attention to speaking and writing, but also to specific elements such as chairing a meeting, giving a presentation or negotiating.
Course participants are often pleasantly surprised by their rapid progress and they are more confident when communicating with their Dutch-speaking colleagues.
