‘It’s sometimes so difficult to get through to a malfunctioning project group: like trying to find an opening in a steel wall…’
‘I just can’t muster the patience to delve into that student anymore: there’s always something and it’s never his fault!’
The entire faculty of HBO-ICT and Game Development (Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences) followed a year long training programme in the subjects Interactive Work Forms and Coaching and Mentoring.
To create a coherent programme of these two components, we developed five personas: archetypal Computer Science students that HBO-ICT teachers all recognise. These students play a role in each training. During the kick-off of the whole training programme, the personas were introduced with a trailer.
