A colourful group of media trainers and media university faculty from all over the globe came to RNTC (the training department of Radio Nederland Wereldomroep). They participated in a six-week ‘Training the Trainers’. I developed and taught part of the training content, e.g. Assessment & Evaluation and Classroom Skills. Having immersed themselves for weeks in both theory and practice of teaching Media subjects, the participants developed a comprehensive training programme in the final stage of the ‘Training the Trainers’.
