Bij het Amsterdam Fashion Institute (onderdeel van de Hogeschool van Amsterdam) geef ik ‘schrijfvakken’, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. In de toolshops Inspiratieboek en Scenarioschrijven leren studenten hun eigen creatieve drijfveren en de wereld om hen heen analyseren en begrijpen. Vervolgens gieten ze dit in taal en verpakken het geheel in prachtig vormgegeven eindproducten. Ik begeleid dit proces van de eerste voorzichtige schriftelijke observaties tot krachtige en persoonlijke analyses met individuele feedbackrondes, klassikale discussies en oefeningen ‘om de schrijfspier te trainen’.
